Mecha-Naruto was vastly skilled in taijutsu and was able to defeat several Konohagakure shinobi, including taijutsu specialists like Rock Lee and Neji Hyūga, with ease. During its initial pursuit of Naruto for the Nine-Tails, Mecha-Naruto proved to be highly adaptive and versatile to seemingly any threat or defence, able to take down various and some of the most powerful ninja in Konohagakure with little trouble. Mecha-Naruto was shown to be very powerful, able to toss aside Orochimaru, one of the legendary Sannin. Its mechanical forehead protector could change when it wishes to various words and phrases, but by default it remains at the number "7610". Overall, Mecha-Naruto looked similar to Naruto with bolts all over its body holding it together. After this programming activated, Mecha-Naruto became driven to help Naruto in battle, willingly sacrificing itself to protect Naruto's village. Despite this programming, Itachi secretly installed an extra function: if Naruto was to voice his devotion to saving Sasuke from his anger, Mecha-Naruto would side with Naruto.
It was relentless in its pursuit of Kurama, destroying everything that got in its way. While initially having no loyalty, after Nagato repaired and reprogrammed it, Mecha-Naruto became committed to capturing Kurama for Akatsuki. Mecha-Naruto was shown originally to be savage, mindlessly attacking everything in its path. He was designed - based on the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path - as a means to capture Kurama and interfere with the plans of Akatsuki. Having concluded the series in late 2014, Masashi Kishimoto kept himself busy penning continuing adventures in the Naruto world, including the manga Naruto: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring and the story for Boruto: Naruto the Movie, both of which focus on the title character’s son, Boruto.In the anime, Orochimaru is responsible for Mecha-Naruto's creation. The series would also spawn multiple anime series, movies, novels, video games and more. His first version of Naruto, drawn in 1997, was a one-shot story about fox spirits his final version, which debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1999, quickly became the most popular ninja manga in the world. After considering various genres for his next project, Kishimoto decided on a story steeped in traditional Japanese culture. After spending time in art college, he won the Hop Step Award for new manga artists with his story Karakuri. Like many kids, he was first inspired to become a manga artist in elementary school when he read Dragon Ball. Author/artist Masashi Kishimoto was born in 1974 in rural Okayama Prefecture, Japan.
